Fort Bend, Texas police did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com&#8217;s request for further information.<\/p>\n<p>ESPN reported Wednesday that Westbrook has filed from divorce from Charlo while seeking a temporary restraining order against him.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Kent A. Love you.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Charlo(35-2-1, 19 KOs), a former WBC light middleweight champion, is coming off his second career defeat \u2013 a unanimous decision loss to undisputed super middleweight champion\u00a0Canelo Alvarez.<\/p>\n<p>The 33-year-old&#8217;s twin brother, WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo, was arrested in the same county last year on a similar charge of assaulting a family or household member.
